- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to CRA many times-- but this was the 1st time at the Germantown facility. From now on I plan to always request this facility. It is smaller, serves a smaller population and is much more personal. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating & "patient-focused.
