- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Arrogant. I have been there before and patiently waited 15 minutes past my appointment to be seen. On a recent appointment with Dr. Brendan Pillimer, I was running behind a few minutes. I called to let the office know and when I arrived 10 minutes late, they told me the doctor went to lunch and I would have to come back another day. That's not it. I had a previous appointment that I needed to cancel and when I called to do so, their system was down. They asked me to call back at another time. I insisted they simply write down my cancellation and log it when their system comes up rather than making me call back. They never did that and then tried to charge for a missed appointment. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The front desk staff is great, the nurse was helpful and kind and Dr. Pillemer was thorough and sensitive to my comfort. Since I was having a full body mole check, I felt somewhat vulnerable with the "inspection". But, the doctor was very sensitive and kind.
